Biography
Lindsey Rae holds credentials as a Certified Health and Life Coach (CHLC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and completed a specialized study in Addiction and Eating Disorders through The Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies.
A lifelong learner and educator, Lindsey Rae’s personal journey of healing from trauma has evolved into a passionate career dedicated to supporting others in their own transformation. She brings together extensive experience in interpersonal and organizational management, creative visual merchandising, personal therapeutic work, spiritual exploration, and professional training across multiple healing modalities to create a distinctive therapeutic environment for her clients.
Her approach centers on compassionately encouraging individuals to move beyond the superficial noise of contemporary self-help culture and engage in authentic inner work. She walks alongside her clients, inspiring them to develop greater depth and meaning in their lives while fostering awareness of our shared humanity and interconnectedness.
