
Dr. Martha Koo, M.D.
Biography
Dr. Martha B. Koo, M.D., serves as Chief Medical Officer at Clear Behavioral Health. She earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, before completing her medical education at UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine, where she was inducted into both the AOA and Sigma Xi Society in recognition of her academic achievements. Dr. Koo pursued her psychiatry residency at UCLA’s Resnick Neuropsychiatric Institute and later completed psychoanalytic training through the New Center for Psychoanalysis.
Dr. Koo maintains Board Certification in both Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. Over the past two decades, she has cultivated a thriving private practice, offering comprehensive outpatient services including psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and medication management for individuals, couples, and families. She maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American Psychiatric Association, the New Center for Psychoanalysis, the Clinical TMS Society, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, the California Psychiatric Society, and the Southern California Psychiatric Society.
